Refractory Bricks, Tiles & Blocks

The high alumina bricks can be applied to build blast furnace, hot blast stove, electric furnace roof, blast furnace, reverberatory furnace, lining of rotary kiln. In addition, the high alumina brick is widely used in checker bricks of heat accumulating type, chock plug for gating system, nozzle brick and so on.

Products are IS-6, IS-7, IS-8, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70% to 90% alumina bricks.

The magnesite bricks have high refractoriness, good alkaline slag resistance , erosion resistance, excellent anti-oxidation, high refractoriness under load, high mechanical strength, volume stability at high temperature. We provide magnesite bricks manufactured by Maithan Ceramics Ltd. (MCL).

Sillimanite brick is a kind of high grade refractory mineral, it has the characteristics of low thermal expansion rate, resistance to metallurgical slag and various glass liquid, good wear resistance of high temperature. Its physical and chemical property is better than high alumina brick, the refractoriness is 1770～1830℃, refractory under load starting point is 1500～1650℃.The sillimanite bricks are used in throat formation of glass kiln, liner of blast furnace, furnace throat and ceramic industry kiln furniture, furnace throat. And the refractory which are mainly made of natural sillimanite also have these advantages. So, sillimanite refractory material is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry and building materials, etc.

Refractory tiles have the characteristics of high resistance to acid, corrosion resistance, fire proof, better slag resistance, inertness and stability to natural gas environment, electric resistant, sturdiness, better service life. We provide 3” & 6” Thick refractory tile.
